Baejá is built NDPA-2023-first. The short version, ahead of the full policy:

• We never store your raw NIN. Identity checks run through a licensed aggregator with your explicit consent; we keep only a pass/fail result and an audit reference.
• Your voice notes and photos are served via short-lived signed links — you control who gets to hear your voice.
• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
